A little bit about me...
Cindy Seltzer, founder of Seltzer Real Estate, built her career on a lifelong passion for people, community, and service. After graduating from Mosley High School in 1976 and beginning her career in sales and marketing, Cindy earned her real estate license in 1977. In 2004, she established Seltzer Real Estate and later partnered with her son, Zack, to grow the brokerage into a trusted, full-service firm. She went on to obtain her broker’s license in 2016 and developed expertise in luxury homes, commercial properties, and complex receivership transactions.
Before real estate, Cindy spent more than two decades in sales, honing the relationship-building skills that became the foundation of her success. She was admired for her ability to make every client feel valued and supported, which helped shape Seltzer Real Estate’s reputation for care, professionalism, and integrity.
Equally dedicated to her community, Cindy was a longtime member of the Bay Point Women’s Club, Rotary, and several local organizations. She especially cherished her role in maintaining the Rick Seltzer Community Park, honoring the legacy of her late husband, Rick, and bringing joy to families across Bay County.
Above all, Cindy was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. Her warmth, generosity, and sunny spirit turned her home into a welcoming place for family and friends alike. She will always be remembered as a trailblazer in business, a leader in her community, and a woman who lived her life with love, purpose, and grace.
