A little bit about me...
Deonna Paul brings a rich background in the real estate industry to her role currently as Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Seltzer Real Estate. Raised in Bay County, she’s a proud Floridian and a Florida State University alum, where she studied Professional Communications with a focus on International Relations.
Her career in the real estate and mortgage field began as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Before joining Seltzer Real Estate, she was part of the team at a major mortgage lender, handling everything from client interactions to loan processing. She also has experience in entitlements, construction management, and financial administration - showcasing her diverse skill set.
Outside work, Deonna is all about enjoying the Florida sunshine with her family. A mom to two daughters and two dogs, she balances her busy professional life with a vibrant personal one. She loves travel, gardening, interior design, and spending time with friends and family.
