A little bit about me...
Chandler Gilligan is a proud Panama City Beach native, born and raised along the very beaches he now serves as a real estate professional. As the youngest member of the Seltzer Real Estate team, Chandler brings fresh energy, reliability, strong communication skills, and a unique perspective to every transaction.
His entrepreneurial spirit took root early—while still in high school, Chandler launched a landscaping company with a classmate, sparking his passion for business. He went on to attend Florida State University to pursue a degree in marketing, but by his senior year, Chandler knew he was ready to step into the real estate world. In 2023, he earned his Sales Associate License and, under the mentorship of Zack Seltzer, hit the ground running at full speed.
Outside of real estate, Chandler enjoys pickleball, golf, offshore fishing, and hunting—activities that have taught him patience and the value of seeing things from new perspectives. His greatest joy, however, is spending time with his niece and nephew.
With a foundation built on energy, honesty, and communication, Chandler is committed to providing clients with exceptional service and a more personal approach to their real estate journey. His values and drive make him a valuable asset to both his clients and the Seltzer Real Estate team.
