A little bit about me...
Zack Seltzer is the driving force behind Seltzer Real Estate, a family-run boutique brokerage serving Panama City Beach and Florida’s Emerald Coast. Built on fairness, honesty, and open communication, Zack’s practice is engineered for clear expectations and confident decisions, whether you’re buying a waterfront condo, selling a primary home, or investing along the beautiful Gulf Coast.
Zack’s entrepreneurial roots run deep; he launched a successful mobile iPhone repair business at 16, building deep local ties across the Panhandle before moving full-time into real estate. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, and he later secured his Sales Associate license in 2016 and his Broker license in 2018, bringing disciplined business fundamentals to every negotiation.
Today, Zack pairs sharp market knowledge with a results-driven mindset. He has successfully led clients through 264+ career sales totaling $106,000,000+, including 51 sides/$22.2M in the past 12 months and 45 sides/$19.2M year-to-date. Sellers count on Zack for straight pricing advice, crisp presentation, and proactive communication. Buyers rely on his local intel for schools, insurance, rental potential, and true ownership costs.
